They have a thick double coat and coat from Siberian (as you might be able to tell by the name). The Siberian Husky is an energetic dog breed that loves to lead an active and energetic lifestyle. Their come from a line of dogs that have lived in harsh and extremely cold environment found in the Siberian Arctic.

The Siberian Husky is a great domestic dog that is very loyal to its family and loved ones. Although they look like wolves, they are quite gentle when well-trained. They are known to howl rather than bark. They will obey commands if it is required and if they have been taught how to do so. They are affectionate with people of all ages and love to be a companion working dog rather than just a pet.
Siberian Husky Considerations
The Siberian Husky’s temperament is that of a working dog. They are gentle yet protective by nature. They need to be in at least fifteen-minutes of obedience training multiple times a week and should be in a positive reinforcement training program. They love running since they were first bred to be sled dogs and can be used out in the farm or just to be your hiking, jogging and running partner.
